The ktch.plot module implements plotting functions for morphometrics.

plot.plot_explained_variance_ratio(pca[, ...])	Plot explained variance ratio of PCA components.
plot.tps_grid_2d_plot(x_reference, x_target)	Plot the thin-plate spline 2D warped grid.
